This statement aims to formalize this commitment to the security and privacy of information collected from USERS during registration and use of the SITE.

For this reason, please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect and use your Personal Data when accessing our SITE.

1. WHAT ARE THE DEFINITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY?

DATABASE: structured set of personal or anonymized data of the USER, which will be located in one or several places, in electronic or physical support, either from HRecruiter or its PARTNERS;
CONSENT: It is the free, informed, and unequivocal manifestation by which the USER agrees to the rules set forth in this statement, including the use of their personal or anonymized data;
CONTENT: Any information, data, communications, software, photos, videos, graphics, music, sounds, and other materials and services that can be viewed by the USER on the PLATFORM. This includes messages, conversations, chat, and other original content.
CONTROLLER: legal entity responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data.
SHARING: refers to the sharing of USER data, including Personal Data, and all CONTENT associated with third parties.
COOKIES: files sent by the SITE server to the USER's computer, tablet, cell phone, or other devices, in order to identify and obtain access data, such as pages browsed, browser type, searches performed, and links clicked, allowing personalization of SITE usage according to your profile. They can also be used to ensure greater USER security on the SITE.
PERSONAL DATA: all data related to a natural person (identified or identifiable), relating to their identity and private life.
IP (Internet Protocol): is a set of numbers that identifies the USER's computer, tablet, cell phone, or other devices on the Internet.
LOGS: records of USER activities performed on the SITE.
DATA MESSAGES: information generated, sent, received, stored, or communicated by electronic, optical, or similar means.
OPERATOR: natural or legal person, public or private, who processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.
SERVICES: services offered through the SITE.
PROCESSING: any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether by automated means or not.
USER: natural and legal persons registered on the SITE.

HRecruiter and the USER may be mentioned individually in this Instrument as "Party" or together as "Parties".

2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

2.1 From the USER we collect: name, email, and phone number.

2.2 We also record the activities that the USER performs on the SITE through LOGS, such as:

USER IP address;
Actions performed by the USER on the SITE;
Pages accessed or downloads made by the USER;
Dates and times of each action and access to each SITE functionality;
Frequency of SITE usage.

2.3 By clicking I ACCEPT, the USER declares that the information provided on the SITE is true, under penalty of liability for any damages caused, being aware and also consenting to the eventual collection of their PERSONAL DATA.

2.4 The USER gives their unequivocal Consent to the SITE to use their Data in filling out forms to be sent to PARTNER COMPANIES for analysis and possible hiring.

3. WHEN DO WE COLLECT THIS DATA?

When we request the USER's registration on the SITE;
When the USER uses the SITE'S SERVICES;
When the USER interacts with the various tools existing on the SITE, providing information voluntarily or involuntarily;
When the USER contacts us through the communication channels available on the SITE.

4. HOW DO WE STORE THE DATA AND INFORMATION COLLECTED?

4.1 All DATA MESSAGES and CONTENT collected from the USER will be incorporated into the SITE'S DATABASE and may be shared with PARTNERS, in the cases provided herein.

4.2 The data and information collected will be encrypted during traffic and stored in a secure environment, observing the state of the art available.

4.3 The information provided to us will be stored in the cloud on secure external servers, from specialized companies with advanced security and cloud computing technologies.

4.4 We use the USER's PERSONAL DATA for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described herein, as well as to comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

4.5 To determine the retention period of PERSONAL DATA, we use the following criteria:

For compliance with legal or contractual obligations, PERSONAL DATA will be kept for a period of 5 (five) years;
For commercial and financial purposes, they will be kept for a period of 5 (five) years;
For statistical purposes, they will be kept for a period of 6 (six) months.

4.6 We will preserve your Personal Data in accordance with the security and confidentiality procedures indicated in applicable law and regulations.

5. HOW DO WE USE THE DATA COLLECTED?

5.1 The USER acknowledges, agrees, and authorizes the collection and sharing of any and all access, navigation, and any other information provided in this policy.

5.2 The data and information collected from the USER may be used for the following purposes:

Send communications resulting from SITE activity;
Answer any questions and requests from the USER;
Provide access to the restricted area of the SITE or its exclusive functionalities;
Comply with legal or judicial orders;
Prepare general statistics to identify the USER's profile.

5.3 The USER agrees that by providing their information to PARTNERS, such information will be governed by the privacy policy of those PARTNERS.

6. HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH THE USER?

6.1 The USER, when requesting registration on the SITE, agrees to receive communications and content from HRecruiter and its PARTNERS, via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

6.2 Emails sent by us do not contain attachments to be downloaded and do not request USER data.

7. WHAT ARE THE USER'S RIGHTS?

The USER has the following rights regarding their personal information:

Right of Access: request information about the Personal Data in our DATABASE;
Right of Rectification: correct or request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
Right to Anonymization: request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary PERSONAL DATA;
Right to Deletion: request deletion of PERSONAL DATA processed with express consent;
Right to Restriction of Processing: request the restriction of PROCESSING of your PERSONAL DATA;
Right to Information: obtain information about the entities with which we share your PERSONAL DATA;
Right to Object: not provide your consent or revoke it at any time.

The SITE may use COOKIES. The USER expressly authorizes, at the time of acceptance of this Privacy Policy, the use of COOKIES by HRecruiter.

8.1 We use COOKIES to identify and obtain access data, personalize the use of the SITE, and ensure greater security.

8.2 What COOKIES are used by us:

Necessary Cookies: for the operation of the SITE;
Marketing Cookies: to offer content compatible with the USER's profile.

8.3 The USER may configure their browser to warn them before accepting COOKIES or block them.
